I have been wanting to offer upholstered beds forever! Now Everly & Monet now has a large selection of upholstered beds. I am so excited to add this additional layer to our collection. Upholstered beds are so in right now because they bring a richness and elegancy to the bedroom.
Yes, upholstered beds work great in kid spaces. Of courses they are perfect in a big girls room. But I also love them in a boys space. The Monte Dorma bed is perfect example of a bed any lil dude would love.
People often ask me about headboards versus a full bed (Headboard & Footboard). Now you know I will always work within your budget, but if you can make it happen, I think a full bed is ideal. The structure of the side rails makes the bed more stable for little ones jumping and moving around on them. I also think there is a polishedness to see the completed bed at the foot. Also low, footboards can nicely accommodate small spaces.
