The Highs of High Point

So I turned 40 this week, and I couldn’t be more thrilled. It's finally nice to have a huge milestone for myself and not just for my kids.  I feel like I am also hitting a milestone in my career, as we focus more on design. So of course, I had to experience the mecca of Home Design--High Point, North Carolina. OMG!

The belle of the ball was Joanna Gaines from the HGTV show called Fixer Upper.  Her face was plastered on every poster, billboard and bag.  I don’t know about you but I’m a huge fan of Chip and Joanna and the empire they built. So, of course, some of the trends we saw were the farmhouse look and the bohemian chic look. Here are a few of my favorite finds.
